摘　　要：目的:对126例手足口病患儿进行临床观察,并探讨护理措施。方法:2009年1月至2010年6月我院收治手足口病的患儿126例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结临床表现和护理措施。结果:126例患儿经治疗护理后,皮疹完全消退,未留痕迹,未出现休克、脑炎、肺出血等严重并发症及大流行,疗效确切,无死亡病例。结论:手足口病患儿应加强消毒隔离措施,加强临床病情观察,并进行有效的治疗和精心的综合护理干预,可有效地预防或减少并发症,提高治愈率,防止大规模流行。Objective： To observe 126 children with hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD ） and discuss the clinical nursing measures. Method： 126 children with HFMD were received and cured from January 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital and retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical manifestations and nursing. Result： After the curing and nursing, 126 patients were treated well. The rash disappeared completely with no trace, shock, encephalitis, pulmonary hemorrhage and other serious complications and pandemic. The clinical treatment was effective and there was no death cases. Conclusion： The children with HFMD should be strengthened to disinfect and isolate, enhance clinical observation. The effective treatment and well-integrated care intervention can effectively prevent or reduce complications and improve the rate of curing and prevent a pandemic.
