摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取-微波辅助法,研究了从红景天中提取红景天苷的工艺条件。结果表明:适宜的超临界CO2萃取工艺条件为:5.000 g红景天粉末,萃取压力40 MPa,萃取温度55℃,萃取时间5 h,夹带剂为无水乙醇;萃取后红景天1.000 g,加入30 mL超纯水,浸泡2.0 h,微波功率为180 W,微波处理2 min,红景天苷提取率高于95%。The process conditions for the extraction of salidroside from Rhodiola sachalinensis were studied using supercritical CO2 extraction-microwave-assisted extraction.The results showed that the optimum conditions of supercritical CO2 extraction were: Rhodiola sachalinensis powder 5.000 g,extraction pressure 40 MPa,extraction temperature 55 ℃,extraction time 5 h,absolute ethyl alcohol as extrainer.After extraction,30 mL ultrapure water was added into 1.000 g Rhodiola sachalinensis powder and it is soaked for 2.0 h.The it′s treated with ultrasonic assisted for 2 min at ultrasonic power of 180 W.The extraction rate of salidroside was higher than 95 %.
