摘  要:以麝香百合(Lilum longiflorm)杂种系品种‘Snow Queen’为母本,野生毛百合(L.dauricum)为父本,采用切割花柱法进行杂交,通过种子培养成功获得了杂交幼苗。采用RAPD分子标记法对获得的由其中一个株系扩繁而来的幼苗进行了鉴定,证实为真杂种:杂种带48.65%来自母本,29.73%来自父本,21.62%为杂种特异带。杂交苗生根率和根数极显著高于亲本,气孔密度、株高及根长均介于父母本之间或偏向某一亲本,显示出一定的杂种优势。杂交苗繁殖1年后开花并自交结实,花型、花色及鳞茎等形态性状偏向于母本,自交可育性偏向于父本。Using the cut-style pollination,Lilium dauricum was crossed with L.longiflorum cultivar 'Snow Queen',and the progeny seedlings were obtained by seed culture.RAPD markers were investigated to identify the hybrid.The results showed that the hybrid was true progeny of its parents.The percentage of hybrid bands that come from female parent was 48.65%,and from male parent was 29.73%.In addition,the hybrid produced 21.62% new bands that were absent in the parents.The rooting rate and root number of the hybrid seedlings were higher than that of their parents.Stomatal density,plant height,and root length were situated between the parents,showing heterosis in a certain extent.Hybrid F1 flowered and yielded self fertility seeds after one year cultivation.The flower shape,color and bulbs of hybrid were quite similar to their female parents,but with a self-fertility tendency to their male parents.
