摘 要:为了探讨白头翁素对鸡内毒素性损伤的影响及其机制,本试验将60只海蓝灰公鸡随机分为白头翁素治疗组、自愈组和对照组。内毒素攻毒后,利用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定血清SOD和MDA值,切片、HE染色观察组织损伤。结果表明,攻毒6 h后,治疗组和自愈组SOD值极显著低于对照组(75.16、75.94、137.7,P<0.01);白头翁素治疗54 h后,SOD值与对照组差异不显著;78 h后,治疗组SOD值极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。攻毒6 h后,治疗组和自愈组MDA含量极显著高于对照组(1.50、1.48、0.61,P<0.01)。灌服白头翁素后MDA值下降,至78 h时与对照组差异不显著。治疗组15%的死亡率显著低于自愈组的35%。攻毒后肝细胞变性、肾小管上皮细胞坏死,72 h后逐步恢复,治疗组的恢复明显优于自愈组。表明白头翁素对鸡内毒素性损伤明显的治疗作用,可能与其增强组织的抗氧化损伤相关。To investigate the effects and mechanisms of anemonin on endotoxic injure in chicken,60 Hy-line gray roosters were randomly divided into treatment group,self-healing group and control group.The value of serum SOD and MDA were mensurated after injection of endotoxin by xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid colorimetry,the histopathologic change were observed by LM.Results show that 6 h after inject of endotoxin,the value of SOD in treatment group and self-healing group was significantly lower than that of control group(75.16,75.94,137.7,P〈0.01);The value of SOD rose gradually after anemonin treatment,which had no significant difference to control group in 54 h.After 78 h,the value of SOD of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.01).6 h after the injection,MDA levels in treatment group and self-healing group were significantly higher than that of control group(1.50,1.48,0.61,P〈0.01).The content of MDA decreased gradually after anemonin treatment and it had no significant difference to control group at 78 h.The mortality rate of treatment group(15%) was significantly lower than that of self-healing group(35%);Hepatocyte degenerated and renal tubular epithelial cell necrosis were observed but recovered gradually after 72 h.The recovery situation in the treatment group was better than the self-healing group.The anemonin has significantly therapeutic effects on the chick endotoxin damage.This effect of anemonin may be related to the enhanced capacity of antioxidant.
