摘  要:对萘磺酸类有机废水进行络合萃取研究,采用西南某化工厂6-硝(6-硝基-1,2-重氮氧基萘-4-磺酸)生产过程中产生的1,2,4-酸废水作为研究对象。通以三辛胺为络合剂,正辛醇为助溶剂,煤油为稀释剂,以萃取-反萃取体系处理1,2,4-酸废水,通过正交实验确定最佳萃取工艺条件为:络合剂与助溶剂、稀释剂的体积比为4∶1∶5。废水pH值为1.7,最佳萃取相比O/A为1∶5。废水经一级萃取后,其COD由原来的17.2 g/L降至1.84 g/L,COD去除率达到89%。反萃的最佳工艺参数为:采用15%NaOH溶液,反萃体系相比为2∶1,反萃温度为40℃,静置6 h分层,反萃取效率为84%。In this paper,the naphthalenesulfonic acid wastewater is treated by complex extraction process.The 1,2,4-acid wastewater,produced in the production of 6-nitry(6-nitro-1-diazo oxygen naphthalene-4-acid)in one chemical plant,is studied,in which TOA is selected as the extractant,octanol as the solvents and kerosene as the thinner.The optimal extraction conditions is determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: the volume ratio of TOA to octanol and to kerosene is 4∶1∶5,the volume ratio of oil phase to water phase,ie.O/A=1∶5,pH value is 1.7;COD is reduded from 17.2 g/L to 1.84 g/L after extracted and the removal rate of COD can reach 89%;15% of NaOH is selected as the back-extractant reagent,in which the volume ratio of oil phase to water phase is 2∶1,back-extraction temperature is 40 ℃,standed for 6 h and the removal rate of COD can reach 84%.
