摘　　要：结合EPC(设计、采购、施工)项目施工现场安全管理的特点,提出了WBS和改进的LEC相结合的EPC建设项目施工安全评价方法,并结合实际施工现场阐述了该评价方法的具体实施步骤。简便实用,准确性和可操作性较高,能够较好地预测EPC项目中各分项和各工序的风险程度,以便采取相应的预防措施。Based on the characteristics of EPC（Abbreviation of engineering,procurement,construction） project construction site safety management,an EPC project construction safety assessment method combined WBS with improved LEC is proposed and the implementation steps of the method are described on the base of actual construction site.The method is simple and practical,with high accuracy and operability,that can better predict the the level of risk of processes and sub-processes of EPC projects in order to take appropriate preventive measures.
