摘　　要：本文思考在高等学校构建大学生诚信教育机制,以思想教育系统化,组织工作制度化为思路,设定机制,由输入阶段、塑造阶段和输出阶段组成,通过先期大学生诚信现状调查,制定诚信教育机制目标体系,设立领导小组和工作队伍,分解工作到各学期组织落实,旨在探索对当代大学生进行诚信教育的有效方法。With systemization of ideal education and organization work as its train of thinking,the paper reflects on the construction of honesty and credit education system in high schools; designs its mechanism, which is made up of influx,creation and outputting;works out its aims system after investigating the current situation of high school students; sets up its leading group and working stall,distributes different jobs to different terms so as to explore effective ways to college studentg honesty and credit education.
