摘　　要：分叉病变始终是冠状动脉介入治疗的一个难点,也是治冠状动脉介入治疗操作中最具有挑战性的病变之一,尽管药物洗脱支架减少了介入术后主支的再狭窄,但分支血管在术中的急性闭塞风险和术后再狭窄和支架内血栓问题仍值得关注。现对冠状动脉分叉病变的分型、治疗、新进展进行全面的回顾,以期对冠状动脉分叉病变有一个全面的认识。Treatment of coronary bifurcation lesion represents a challenging area in interventional cardiology.The introducation of drug-eluting stents reduced restenosis in the main branch.However,side branch risk of acute closure,restenosis at the ostium of the side branch and stent thrombosis remain in the problems.In this paper,the classification,treatment and advanced technology about the bifurcation lesions in order to given an insight in this erea were reviewed.
