摘　　要：目前在我国手术仍是临床上治疗混合痔的主要方法之一。通过观察和比较近年来文献报道的临床上具有代表性的混合痔手术方法,进行总结和分析后将其归纳分为两类:传统术式和微创术式。在对所列手术方式进行介绍的同时,对其手术适应证、术式优缺点和临床应用报道进行分析和概述,期望对临床治疗有一定的指导作用。通过手术方式的变化和改良过程展望混合痔手术的发展趋势。Surgery is still one of the main methods of mixed hemorrhoids in clinical treatment present.In recent years,through observation and comparision of the clinical literature on the representative methods of mixed hemorrhoid surgery,after summary and analysis,it can be divided into two types：traditional surgical procedures and minimally invasive surgical procedures.By introducing the operation manner,the same time,we analyze and summarize its surgical indications,advantages and disadvantages of surgical and clinical application,in order to expect some guidance on clinical treatment.Through changes of surgery way and process improvement,we prospect development trend of mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
