摘　　要：皮肤感染性疾病发病率高,严重危害人类健康。因口服或注射给药可引起中枢神经系统等不良反应,在治疗皮肤感染性疾病时,多采用外用剂型。甲硝唑对引起皮肤感染性疾病的敏感菌具有抑制作用,甲硝唑外用具有用药量小、局部药物浓度高、作用持久、不良反应少和使用方便等优点,在治疗皮肤科疾病中具有广阔的应用前景。现主要综述甲硝唑在治疗皮肤疾病中的应用概况,为甲硝唑外用剂型的研发提供理论支持。Skin infections,which are of high incidence,seriously harm human health.Because of the adverse effects in systems such as central nervous system through oral or injection drug delivery,topical formulations are more often used in the treatment of skin infections.Metronidazole has an inhibitive effect on the susceptible bacteria causing skin infections,tThe application of which has advantages such as small dosage,high local concentration,lasting effect,less adverse effects and convenient usage etc,where extensive application is expected.In this paper,the application of Metronidazole in treating skin disease is reviewed to provide theoretical support for the development of the topical formulations.
