摘　　要：目的了解河北省村卫生室人员培训实施现状及问题,探索有效的村卫生室人员培训模式。方法资料来源于河北省卫生厅项目办督导组2010年在邯郸等6市开展的项目督导工作,主要通过调阅文件资料、个人深入访谈等方式获得。结果各市基本上按卫生厅下发的实施方案开展培训工作,培训完成率平均达136%,该项目在培训内容、时间和形式上存在一定问题。结论为了改善培训项目的效果,应从培训经费的筹集与支付方式、培训工作的组织、开展及监督管理和培训对象的依从性方面入手。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status and issues of village doctor training in Hebei Province,and explore an effective model to train village doctor.METHODS Data from Supervision Group,Project Office,Health Department of Hebei Province,in Handan and other 6 city,2010,by means of documents interviewment,personal in-depth interviews.RESULTS Every city can carry out training programs according to implementation scheme by Health Department of Hebei Province.Completion rate of training programs is 136%.Some drawback s are found in the project,such as the content,time and form of trainment.CONCLUSIONS in order to improve the training effect,5 steps should the stessed,including funding and payment of training funds,organization and provision of treatment,supervision and management,and the compliance of villiage doctors.
