摘　　要：目的了解上海市结防人员工作满意度,为提高工作积极性,进而提高服务效率和质量提供依据。方法对上海市7区疾控中心、定点医院及社区卫生服务中心结防人员合计858人进行问卷调查,同时抽取部分相关医务人员进行定性访谈;定量数据采取非参数检验,定性资料应用主题框架分析。结果结防人员总体满意度平均得分为3.549分(满分5分)。在总满意度、工作条件、考核制度、薪酬、社会地位和同事关系方面,三类机构之间满意度存在差异,在定性调查中对于工作负担和相对薪酬及考核指标反映较大。结论总体较满意,工作负担和薪酬是结防人员满意度得分较低的方面。建议通过适当增加结防人员数量、提高薪酬和完善考核指标提高结防人员工作满意度。OBJECTIVES To study the job satisfaction of staff on tuberculosis control in Shanghai in order to improve staff＇s work motivation,further to improve efficiency and quality of services in related health facilities.METHODS Both quantitative and qualitative methods were applied.858 staff from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention（CDC）,designated hospitals for tuberculosis and community health service centers（CHSC）in 7 districts were investigated by self-filling questionnaire.187 relative staff was applied individual interviewe or focus group disscussion.Non-parametric tests were adopted for quantitative data analysis.Thematic framework method was employed for qualitative data analysis.RESULTS Overall satisfaction average score of TB Control staff was 3.549 points（out of 5）;on overall job satisfaction,working conditions,evaluation mechanism,payment,social class and fellowship,they were significantly different among the staff in different kinds of facilities;from qualitative study,some problems on workload,payment and indicators of performance evaluation were raised.CONCLUSIONS Generally,the job satisfaction is good.It is needed to consider the number of staff and payment should be enhanced,and performance evaluation criteria should be improved.
