摘　　要：儿童保健和计划免疫是社区卫生服务"六位一体"功能建设中不可缺少的一部分,随着医学模式向生物—心理—社会三维模式转变,计划免疫与儿童保健服务的环境和观念都发生了较大的变化,颐康园社康中心对计划免疫和儿童保健实行一体化管理,将预防接种和儿童体检进行捆绑操作,开展了大量的工作,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Child health care and immunization are an indispensable part of the ＂Six in One＂ in community health service building,with the medical model to bio-psycho-social change in three-dimensional model,immunization and child health services has take a major changes in the environment and the concept.The health park community health service center implemented integrated management for immunization and child health care,with bundled operation to immunization and child medical examination,carried out a lot of work and achieved good economic benefits and social benefits.
