宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中的观察

摘　　要：目的评价宫颈液基细胞学涂片联合阴道镜检查对子宫颈病变的临床诊断价值。方法 2007年1月—2009年1月对在我院门诊检查的妇女通过宫颈液基细胞学涂片联合阴道镜检查对宫颈病变进行筛查,以组织病理学诊断为金标准,对结果进行分析。结果宫颈液基细胞学涂片检查385例,行阴道镜检406例,宫颈液基细胞学涂片诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)符合率为70.75,阴道镜检对CIN的诊断符合率为80.70,两者比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜下病理检查对宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变的早期诊断具有重要价值。OBJECTIVE To evaluate clinical diagnostic value of cervical liquid-based cytology smear with colposcopy combined.METHODS Women accept screening of cervical lesions via cervical liquid-based cytology smear with colposcopy combined from January 2007 to January 2009 in our clinic,use histopathologic diagnosis as the golden standard to analyze the results.RESULTS Cervical liquid-based cytology smear check 385 cases,colposcopy exam for 406 cases,cervical liquid-based cytology smear diagnose CIN compliance rate was 70.75,80.70 for colposcopy diagnose CIN,the difference was significant（P0.05） between the two examination.CONCLUSIONS It has great value for early diagnose of cervical cancer and CIN via pathological examination of cervical liquid-based cytology smear with colposcopy combined.
