寿光市2010年农村人群肠道寄生虫病感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解寿光市农村人群肠道寄生虫病流行情况,为防治工作提供依据。方法选择2个蔬菜村和1个传统农业村,通过调查问卷和实地勘察了解村民基本情况,显微镜检查村民粪便标本中的寄生虫卵,并对采集粪便标本的农户中3～12岁儿童用透明胶纸法采集蛲虫卵,计算寄生虫病感染率。结果采集粪便标本共计1010份,透明胶纸标本148份。村民肠道寄生虫病感染率为0.89,其中钩虫感染率为0.10,鞭虫感染率为0.30,蛲虫感染率为3.38。蔬菜村与传统农业村感染率没有显著性差异。结论卫生水平的提高、生活条件的改善及防治措施的实施可能是寿光市农村人群肠道寄生虫病感染率下降的主要原因。改变不良生活习惯、继续加强宣传教育工作及粪便无害化处理,仍是当前农村基层疾控工作的重点。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemic status of human parasitosis in rural area of shouguang county for the next work to control and prevent the disease.METHODS Two villages which mainly plant vegetables and one village which is engaged on traditional agriculture were selected randomly.Basic information about the villagers was understood by questionary and survey.The samples of villagers＇ dejection and cellophane tape of children at the age of 3 to 12 were jerqued with microscope for parasites＇ eggs.And the infection rate were calculated.RESULTS A total of 1 010 samples of dejecta and 148 samples of cellophane tape were collected.The villagers＇ infection rate of intestinal parasites is 0.89.The ascendant species were necator americanus,trichuris trichiura and nterobius vermicularis,and their infection rates were 0.10,0.03 and 3.38.The differences of the infection rate beween vegetable-planted villagers and traditionally agricultural villagers were not significant.CONCLUSION The decrease of infection rate of intestinal parasites in the rural area of Shouguang County possibly owes to the improvement of sanitation and living conditions and the measures of control and prevence of parasite disease.However,it＇s still the most important task of disease control and prevention in rural area to chang people＇s bad habits,popularize health knowledge and properly treat with night soil.
