新疆棉花体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生

摘　　要：以新疆陆地棉主栽品种新陆早19号和新陆早23号下胚轴为外植体,通过对再生体系的研究,首次获得了胚性愈伤组织和再生植株。愈伤组织诱导以0.10 mg/L KT和0.10 mg/L 24,-D为最佳,KNO3加倍有利于胚性愈伤组织形成,铺垫滤纸有利于胚状体的成熟和发达根系的产生。用此法,实验材料在6～8个月内即可获得大量再生苗。An efficient somatic embryo procedure was developed to regenerate plantlets from hypocotyls of cotton cultivars Xinluzao 19,Xinluzao 23 grown in Xinjiang.Callus were effectively produced on the medium with 0.10mg/L Kinetin（KT） and 0.10mg/L 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid（2,4-D）.Double amounts of KNO3 in the medium were beneficial to the emerge of embryogenic call.Filter paper in the medium pad could promote somatic embryos grow and root system regeneration.Using this protocol,two experimental materials could get a large number of regenerated plantlets in 6 to 8 months.
