摘 要:目的观察心源性猝死者窦房结病理学改变及连接蛋白Cx40、Cx45的表达及其意义。方法应用苏木精-伊红染色及Masson染色方法,对14例心源性猝死者的窦房结组织进行病理学观察,并行Cx40、Cx45免疫组织化学染色。以交通事故损伤致死8例、心脏破裂4例、肝破裂3例、脾破裂2例(共17例)作为对照组。结果两组窦房结组织病理改变相比较无明显差异。心源性猝死者窦房结Cx40和Cx45表达与对照组相比均显著减少,差异有显著性(Z=3.548、2.757,P<0.01),且两者呈正相关(r=0.551、0.562,P<0.05)。结论心脏传导系统病理改变是引起心源性猝死的重要原因之一,Cx40和Cx45表达的改变与心源性猝死的发生显著相关。Objective To observe the pathological changes of sinus nodes in patients of sudden cardiac death(SCD) and expressions of connexin Cx40 and Cx45 and their significance.Methods A pathological study was done for tissue of sinus nodes in 14 SCD cases by using hematoxylin-eosine and Masson staining,and Cx40 and Cx45 by immunohistochemical staining.The control group included 17 patients who died of traffic accident(8 cases),heart rupture(4),liver rupture(3) and spleen rupture(2).Results Cx40 and Cx45 expressions in the sinus node of the SCD were significantly lower than that in the control group(Z=3.548,2.757;P〈0.01),and there was a correlation between Cx40 and Cx45(r=0.551,0.562;P〈0.05).ConclusionThe pathologic changes of conducting system of heart is one of important reasons leading to sudden cardiac death,the changes of expressions of Cx40 and Cx45 are significantly correlated with the death.
