摘  要:FK350S包装机商标纸吸取负压管路压力不稳和电磁阀堵塞,造成商标纸吸取故障率高。为此,取消负压气路中的电磁阀,加工一个三通作为正负压交换器,以正、负压相互抵消方式替代用电磁阀关闭负压方式。改进后的负压气路较改进前缩短,管径变化幅度减小,管路直角取消,气压流量稳定均衡,对不同材质的商标纸都能稳定吸取,单台机吸碗消耗数由改进前的555只/月降低为90只/月。因电磁阀堵塞造成的商标纸吸不下,维修时间由改进前的310 min/月降低为0min/月,提高了生产效率。Pipes in system of blank removal by means of vacuum of FK350S packing machine caused unstable air pressure and jam.In order to solve this problem,a solenoid valve was replaced by a three-way chamber.In this three-way chamber,negative pressure was cancelled by compression air instead of being shut down by solenoid valve.After the improvement,for the pipes,length was shortened,geometry changes were reduced,and right-angles were skipped.Pressure and flow rate became stable so that trademark papers of different materials could be transferred properly.The consumption of suction cup reduced from 555 per month to 90 per month.The time of repairing reduced from 310 minutes per month to 0 minutes per month.
