摘  要:目的基于动物热活性监测系统进行动物热活性影响因素分析,以期对中药寒热药性评价进行方法学探索。方法采用动物热活性监测系统,考察品种、性别及适应时间对ICR、BALB/c及KM种小鼠在不同温区停留时间比例(RTR)的影响。结果 ICR、BALB/c种小鼠可耐受最低温度为15℃,最高为40℃;与适应前比较,15℃温区内ICR、BALB/c、KM种小鼠分别在6、8、4h,30℃温区内分别在6、6、4h,40℃温区内分别在4、6、8h,RTR值均开始减少(P〈0.05);雌、雄性KM小鼠在15~40℃温区的RTR值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论在动物热活性监测系统中,3个品种小鼠的可耐受温度范围大致为15~40℃,累计适应4~8h后对温区间温差能形成相对稳定的记忆,且雌、雄性KM小鼠对同一温度的感知基本一致。Objective To study the influencing factor of animal thermal activity based on the animal thermal activity determination system,to explore the methodology of evaluation of cold/hot nature of Chinese medicine.Methods By using the cold/hot plate differentiating instrument,the influence of different breeds,sex and adaptation time on the remaining time ratio(RTR) of ICR,BALB/c and KM mice at different temperature areas was studied.Results The tolerable temperature of ICR,BALB/c mice was between 15℃ and 40℃.Compared with before adaptation,the RTR of ICR,BALB/c and KM mice began to be depressed(P0.05) in 6,8,and 4h in 15℃ temperature area,in 6,6,and 4h in 30℃ temperature area,and in 4,6,and 8h in 40℃ temperature area.The RTR of female and male KM mice in 15℃ to 40℃ temperature area were not significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion In this detective system,the tolerable temperature of ICR,BALB/c,and KM healthy mice would be 15~40℃,a relative stable memory could be obtained after 4~8h adaptation,and the perception of male and female KM mice to the same temperature might be almost the same.
