532激光光凝联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察532激光光凝联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的疗效.方法 对263例（506眼）分别接受532激光光凝联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗和单纯532激光光凝治疗的DR的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察治疗前后视力及眼底变化情况.结果 视力：联合羟苯磺酸钙组治疗后有效213眼（83.86%）;单纯532激光组有效183眼（72.62%）.复查眼底荧光血管造影：联合羟苯磺酸钙组治疗有效230眼（90.55%）,单纯532激光组有效193眼（76.59%）.两组视力及眼底情况均有明显改善.结论 激光光凝是目前治疗DR的有效方法,羟苯磺酸钙是防治DR的有效药物,激光联合羟苯磺酸钙可以控制或减轻DR的进展,大部分患眼可以保存良好的视功能.Objective To evaluate the effects of 532 laser photocoagulation and calcium dobesilate on treatment diabetic retinopathy. Methods Retrospectively analysed 263 patients （506 eyes） of diabetic retinopathy that accepted 532 laser photocoagulation union calcium dobesilate treatment or only 532 laser photocoagulation treatment. The vision and the fundus change were observed. Results Vision： After the union treatment, 213 eyes was effective （ 83.86% ）; 183 eyes （ 72. 62% ） was effective in Pure 532 laser photocoagulation group. Reexamination fundus fluorescence angiography： 230 eyes （90. 55% ） was effective in the union calcium dobesilate group and 193 eyes （76. 59% ） was effective in pure 532 laser group. The vision and the fundus situation had improved in both of the two group. Conclusion Laser photocoagulation treatment was effective method to treat the diabetic retinopathy at present. calcium dobesilate was an effective medicine for diabetic retinopathy, the union of laser and calcium dobesilate may control or reduces diabetic retinopathy progress, the majority of eye may preserve good vision.
