摘 要:高混凝土坝施工过程中,施工机械配套问题的复杂多样性是影响施工的瓶颈.在将高混凝土坝施工过程抽象为一个复杂多级有限源随机服务系统的基础上,将施工机械作为库所的元素,元素状态的变化过程作为变迁,根据施工过程中库所和变迁之间的逻辑关系构建了高混凝土坝施工系统的赋时Petri网仿真模型,并利用面向对象的仿真方法编制了该模型的仿真程序.仿真计算结果分析表明,该模型能够有效地解决施工过程中施工机械之间相互关联、制约、同步和资源共享等问题,优化了施工机械的配套方案,较好地反映了施工机械状态的动态变化情况.The variety and complexity of construction machinery matching are the bottlenecks which have a big influence on the construction of high concrete dam.The construction progress of high concrete dam could be Abstracted to a complex,multistage finite-source service system.On the basis,the construction machinery can be acted as the elements of places,and the prozess of the elements states can be acted as transitions.Then the timed Petri net simulation model of the construction system of high concrete dam is established according to the logical relations between places and transitions on the construction progress.And the simulation program of the model is written by the object-oriented simulation method.Through the simulation analysis,the optimal model and method could effectively solve the problems between concrete construction machineries of synchronous,asynchronous and resource sharing or exclusive,etc.,obtain optimal selection of construction machinery matching scheme,and better reflect the dynamic changes of the construction machinery state.
