摘 要:坝高200 m 以上的面板堆石坝, 面板接缝尤其是周边缝将会承受巨大的应力和变形, 传统的止水结构已不能满足设计要求, 为此, 在“九五”期间, 结合我国湖北省清江水布垭高面板堆石坝开展了能适应大变形和高水头作用的接缝止水结构和止水材料的研究工作。研究采用仿真模型试验的方法, 在可能发生的极限运行条件下( 缝张开变形50 ~100 m m 、剪切变形30 ~50 m m 、沉降变形30 ~50 m m 、稳定水压20 ~30 M Pa) , 进行了以 S R 塑性止水材料防渗体系为主要止水结构的4 项周边缝整体模型试验, 所取得的成果为超高面板坝周边缝推荐了止水可靠、施工简便、造价经济的止水结构形式。For those concrete face rockfill dams with the height of over 200 m, their face joints, especially their peripheral joints, will bear huge stresses and deformations so that the conventional sealing structure could not meet the requirements of design For this reason, during the period of the Ninth Five Year Plan, the study on the joint sealing structure and material that can adapt to large deformation and high water head pressure has been conducted in the combination of Shuibuya high concrete face rockfill dam in Qingjiang River in Hubei Province The study adopts the method of simulation model test Under the possible ultimate operation conditions (open deformation of joint of 50 100mm, shear deformation of 30 50 mm, settlement deformation of 30 50 mm and stable water pressure of 2 0 3 0 MPa), four integral model tests on the peripheral joints have been conducted, which takes the seepage system of SR plastic sealing material as main seal structure The test results will provide the peripheral joint of high concrete face rockfill dam with a new sealing structure with reliable sealing effect, easy construction and low cost
