摘 要:刀具在现代生产中占据重要地位。在分析刀具流的基础上,提出可复用调度策略,即建立以中央刀库为平台的刀具信息管理系统,对系统使用的每把刀具主要信息如:编号、位置、使用情况、当前状态等进行实时监控及异常情况报告,并在该调度中制订了在多刀具或多任务时的优先机制。根据该调度策略思想进行了建模与仿真,仿真结果明了该刀具管理系统的实时性和有效性,并对不同刀具配置数量下的系统运行结果进行了比较分析。Aiming at the predominance of tool in modern manufacturing daily, based on analyzing tool flow, a repeatable dispatching strategy was proposed. It was to establish tool information management system by platform of central tool-storeroom, and mo- nitor and report abnormal condition in real time the current status of each tool used in system for important information of code, position and usage and make optimal mechanism for such dispatching with multi-tools and multi-tasks. The model was constructed and simula- ted for the concept of dispatching strategy, and through running of simulation software, verified in real-time and effectiveness in the tool management system, and nmde comparison of operation results for system under allocation of different numbers of tools. Algorithm and software platform is provided for tool dispatching in practical manufacturing.
