摘　　要：所设计的液压内模利用蓄能器和压力继电器自动补油保压,通过调速阀和整流板进行同步速度控制,采用双向液压锁控制液压缸的准确停留位置,确保液压内模的安全性和可靠性。Hydraulic inner coating was designed by using accumulator and pressure relay to automate supplement oil and preserving pressure.It was controlled in synchronous speed by the speed control valve and orifice plate.The hydraulic inner coating is certainly ensured of safety and reliability by using bi-directional hydraulic lock to control the accurate station of hydraulic cylinder.
