摘　　要：利用介入技术对肺气肿进行肺减容治疗首先是动物模型的制作,在动物模型制作过程中术者的操作技巧及操作技能是动物实验成功的关键,加强动物实验过程中的护理干预,术前作好器械及药品准备、实验动物的准备,术中严格执行无菌技术操作原则、密切配合术者操作及严密观察实验动物病理、生理变化,术后密切观察及精心的护理。The first step is making animal model in the research of lung reduction treatment of pulmonary emphysema by intervening therapy.The successful key is operator＇s skill and manipulation.It is necessary to strengthen nursing care during animal experiments,including preparing for equipment,medicine and test animals before operation;strictly keeping aseptic technique principle;cooperating with operators,carefully observing the pathological and physiology change of animals during operation;observing the change and caring for the animals after operation.
