插条效应对3个云杉树种的扦插育苗对比试验

摘　　要：以采自5年生蓝云杉、丽江云杉、川西云杉采穗母株的插穗,系统研究了蓝云杉、丽江云杉、川西云杉的不同插穗条件对生根的影响。研究结果表明:插条效应对3个云杉树种的生根率影响均为蓝云杉>丽江云杉>川西云杉;各级侧枝效应对生根的影响为蓝云杉的一级侧枝的生根性状最好,丽江云杉的为一级和二级侧枝,川西云杉的为顶轮侧枝;适宜的插穗长度分别为:蓝云杉8～10 cm、丽江云杉8～12 cm、川西云杉8cm;蓝云杉和川西云杉应选择1龄枝条,丽江云杉应选择2龄枝条。Adopting 5-year-old maternal plant cuttings of Picea pungens;P.likiangensis and P.balfouriana;the study was conducted on the effects of different cuttings of P.pungens;P.likiangensis and P.balfouriana on rooting.The results indicated that the cuttings effect on rooting rate of three species of Picea： P.pungensP.likiangensisP.balfouriana.As for the effects of all levels of lateral branch,rooting traits were that P.pungens primary lateral branch was best,P.likiangensis was primary and secondary lateral branch;P.balfouriana was top collateral.The reasonable length of the cuttings respectively were： 8~10 cm for P.pungens,8~12 cm for P.likiangensis,8 cm for P.balfouriana;For age of cuttings,P.pungens and P.balfourianas should selectly 1 year old branches,whereas P.likiangensis should select 2 years old branches.
