摘 要:以采自蓝云杉、欧洲云杉、丽江云杉、川西云杉、青海云杉5年生的采穗母株的插穗,系统研究了5个云杉种扦插生根进程和生根能力。结果表明:蓝云杉、欧洲云杉、丽江云杉、青海云杉扦插后20 d愈伤组织开始形成,川西云杉需要10 d;欧洲云杉扦插后30 d根系开始形成,蓝云杉、青海云杉需要40 d,丽江云杉需要50 d,川西云杉需要60 d;扦插后80 d,蓝云杉和欧洲云杉愈伤组织形成率为100%,丽江云杉为90.0%,川西云杉为83.3%,青海云杉为76.7%;扦插后80 d,蓝云杉的生根率最高,达到97.0%,欧洲云杉为86.7%,丽江云杉为66.7%,川西云杉为50.0%,而青海云杉仅为26.7%;5个云杉种插穗各生根性状之间均存在极显著差异,蓝云杉生根性状最好,欧洲云杉次之,青海云杉最差。Adopting 5-year-old maternal plant cuttings of Picea pungens,P.abies,P.likiangensis,P.balfouri-ana and P.crassifolia,the study was conducted on cutting rooting process and rooting ability of five species of P.as-perata.The results indicated that: callus began to form after 20 days for cutting of P.pungens,P.abies,P.likiangensis and P.crassifolia,10 days for P.balfouriana;For rooting to form,P.abies need 30 days,P pungens and P.crassifolia 40 days.P.likiangensis 50 days,P.balfouriana 60 days;after 80 days,callus formation rate of P.pungens and P.abies achieved 100%,P.likiangensis achieved 90%,P.balfouriana achieved 83.3%,P.crassifolia achieved 76.7%;rooting rate of P.pungens is highest after 80 days,and it achieved 97.0%,P.abies achieved 86.7%,P.likiangensis achieved 66.7%,P.balfouriana achieved 50.0%,however,P.crassifolia achieved 26.7%;rooting traits of five species of P.as-perata had very significant differences,rooting traits of P.pungens was best,rooting traits of P.abies was second,root-ing traits of P.crassifolia was worst.
