摘  要:道化学安全评价法是化工领域广泛应用的一种指数评价法。为讨论该法在实验室安全评价中的适用性,首先用该法对实验室中酚醛树脂制备、改性及后处理三个工艺单元进行评价,结果显示,各单元危险程度均在可接受范围内。然后分析评价结果数据,讨论了该法在实验室安全评价中的适用性,可知火灾、爆炸面积及停工损失的确定方法不适用于化学实验室安全评价,一般工艺危险系数、特殊工艺危险系数及安全措施补偿系数的计算确定方法可用于实验室安全评价。Dow chemical safty evaluation method can evaluate many kinds of invisible dangerous factors during process,which is an index evaluation method widely used in chemical fields.Preparation of phenolic resin and modified phenolic resin were evaluated by the method,as well as the anaphase treatment of the former products,with the goal of analysing the application of Dow Chemistry Method in laboratory safety evaluation.The result showed that hazard levels of all three processes were within the acceptable range.And then we investigated the application of that method in laboratory safety evaluation after analysing the date in the sheet.We discovered that the caculation methods of the area of fire and explosion and the loss in the suspension work are not applied to laboratory safety evaluation.However,the determination methods of general process hazard factor,special process hazard factor and the security measures compensation factor could applied to the laboratory safety evaluation.
