摘 要:硼同位素分离富集的过程中,为了减少操作系统的副反应,需要原料液苯甲醚的含水质量分数在30×10-6以下。采用干燥剂氮气脱除苯甲醚的微量水分。应用解吸因子法设计了气提塔的理论模型,计算了最小和操作气液比、组分的气提率、塔釜液的组成及气提气用量,用Aspen P lus软件对气提塔进行了模拟,最后对整个过程进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:气液比为3.73时,苯甲醚的含水质量分数为29.4×10-6。从而验证了解吸因子模型的可行性并最终确立了解吸因子理论模型。In the process of boron isotope separation,the mass fraction of water contained in the raw material anisole can not exceed 30×10-6 to eliminate side reaction in the operation system.Nitrogen gas was adopted as drying agent to remove trace water from anisole.The theoretical model of stripper was designed via desorption factor method.The minimum and operating gas-liquid ratio,the stripping rate of component,the composition of column bottom liquid and the dosage of stripping gas were calculated.The software Aspen Plus was used to simulate corresponding stripper.The whole process was verified through experiment.The experimental results show that when gas-liquid ratio is 3.73,water mass fraction in anisole is 29.4×10-6.The feasibility of desorption factor model was verified and desorption factor theoretical model was established.
