摘　　要：分析了影响玻璃纤维轻质短切毡拉伸强力的各种因素,讨论生产过程中浸润剂与纤维的匹配性、粉末粘结剂的选择、单位面积质量均匀性控制、喷雾器流量控制等工艺因素变化对毡片拉伸强力的影响,通过对这些因素进行深入的分析和研究,提出了合理的解决方案。The factors affecting the tensile strength of light fiberglass chopped strand mat are analyzed,with a detailed description on the effects of such process factors as the compatibility between the sizing agent and the fibers,the selection of powder binder, the control of the uniformity of mass per unit area and the control of water spray flow rate. Based on these detailed analyses and study,some reasonable solutions are put forward.
