摘 要:以N-乙烯己内酰胺(VCL)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,分别采用沉淀聚合、溶液聚合及分散聚合方法合成了聚(N-乙烯己内酰胺)(PVCL)。利用红外光谱技术对产物进行了结构表征;采用粘度法测定了产物的特性粘度,并考察了溶剂(或分散介质)用量、引发剂用量等因素对产物特性粘度和单体转化率的影响。结果显示:在溶液聚合中,溶剂用量30 mL,引发剂占单体摩尔数的2%,反应时间4 h,反应温度75℃;沉淀聚合中,溶剂用量35 mL;分散聚合中,海藻酸钠质量0.7 g时,制得的PVCL特性粘度最大,单体转化率最高。利用分光光度计考察,显示PVCL的LCST在33℃附近,表明其具有良好的温敏效应。Poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PVCL) was synthesized based on free-radical polymerization mechanism through solution polymerization,precipitation polymerization and dispersion polymerization respectively,using azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator and N-vinylcaprolactam(VCL) as monomer.The chemical structure of prepared PVCL was verified by infrared spectrometry(FTIR).The intrinsic viscosity of PVCL was measured by viscosity method.The effects of reaction conditions on the intrinsic viscosity of PVCL and conversion of VCL were studied.It is shown that under solution polymerization,the dosage of ethanol: 30 mL,nAIBN/nVCL: 2%,t: 4 h,T: 75 ℃;and under precipitation polymerization,the dosage of waterl: 35 mL;and under dispersion polymerization,mSA: 0.7 g,the intrinsic viscosity of PVCL and conversion of VCL got the maximum.The prepared PVCL exhibits good temperature-sensitivity,with the low critical solution temperature around 33 ℃ measured by spectrophotometer.
