摘　　要：伴随着计算机技术和网络技术的迅速发展,现代信息技术对学校体育产生了巨大的冲击。而教学的不断改革,也离不开现代信息技术的发展。当今社会,信息技术和教育已经无法分开,信息技术对体育教学的优化无疑是肯定的。现代信息技术与体育教学的整合是新时代势在必行的一项任务。而体育教学的创新也需要借助于现代信息技术,才能实质性的提高学生的素质教育和培养学生的创造性思维。作为一个体育工作者,在体育教学中应该能充分利用现代信息技术进行辅助教学。With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,modern information technology has made a massive impact on physical education.The progressive reform of teaching can not be inseparable from modern information technology which can optimize the physical education.It is imperative to integrate modern information technology with physical education in the new era.With the help of modern information technology,the innovative physical education can substantially improve the quality of education and cultivate the creative ideas of students.A PE teaches should be able to take full advantage of modern information technology-aided teaching in PE.
