脑卒中社区家庭康复协作网护理有效性研究

摘　　要：目的对城市脑卒中社区家庭康复协作网康复护理干预的有效性进行分析。方法将出院到社区的80名脑卒中后遗症期患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,由社区护士、卒中护士、社区医生、神经内科医生、康复治疗师、营养师等组成的协作网按"小组教育加康复训练加文体疗法"方案实施干预,3个月时评价。结果干预组患者运动功能部分恢复,日常生活活动能力显著增强,负性情绪明显减少,不良生活方式有所改变,家庭康复环境得到改造,病人自理能力和家属照顾能力均提高,生活质量得到改善,医疗费用明显下降。结论脑卒中社区家庭康复护理能有效改善脑卒中后遗症期病人生活质量。Objective To study the effectiveness of nursing intervention by rehabilitation collaboration network a mong stroke family in urban community intervention. Method 80 patients with after-effects of the stroke were randomly divided into intervention and control groups, the collaborative network constituted by community nurses, stroke nurses, community physicians, nerve physicians, rehabilitation therapists, dietitians and other components provided ＂group education plus training and sports therapy rehabilitation＂ program to intervene. The resuh was e valuated and compared 3 months after intervention. Result Partial recovery of motor function, activities of daily living were significantly increased. The decreased negative emotion, lifestyle change, transformation of the environment family rehabilitation, self--care ability of patients and their families to take care of capacity were increased, the quality of life improvements, medical costs decreased significantly. Conclusion The quality of life in patients with se quelae of stroke can be improved by community home rehabilitation nursing.
