摘　　要：采用聚磷酸盐与聚丙烯酸,在复合催化剂和一定工艺条件下进行亲电反应,制得具有双亲性的聚丙烯酸改性聚磷酸盐分散剂,并采用该分散剂、水性氟碳树脂、颜填料等,制成流平性和施工性好的水性氟涂料,解决了水性氟涂料配制过程中易起鱼眼、流平性差的问题。制订了研制的水性氟涂料新产品的企业标准。An amphiphilic dispersant,polyacrylic acid modified polyphosphate,was prepared by the electrophilic reaction between polyacrylic acid and polyphosphates.This dispersant together with waterborne fluorocarbon resin,pigments and fillers were used to prepare waterborne fluorocoatings with good leveling property and easy application,to solve the problems of fisheyes and poor leveling.And the new product enterprise standard about developed waterborne fluorocoatings was established.
