摘 要:利用区熔定向凝固技术制备Fe81Ga19合金棒,研究不同的定向凝固速度下,Fe81Ga19合金的微观组织、择优取向和磁致伸缩性能.研究发现:随着凝固速率的下降,试样沿轴向生长成柱状晶,晶界数目减少,取向发生改变.凝固速度为10μm/s的Fe81Ga19合金的组织由尺寸较大的柱状晶组成.当凝固速度v=30μm/s时,试样沿〈110〉方向择优生长,当凝固速度小于30μm/s时,随着凝固速率的降低,〈110〉取向减弱,〈100〉取向增强.当磁场强度增大到40kA/m时,凝固速度v=10μm/s的Fe81Ga19合金的磁致伸缩系数λ达到饱和值66×10-6.The Fe81Ga19 alloy rods were prepared by using zone-melting directional soldification technique.The microstructure,preferred orientation and magnetostriction were systematically investigated under different solidification rate.The results showed that with the decrease of solidification rate,the Fe81Ga19 alloy grew axially into columnar crystals with fewer grain boundary and orientation changing.The structure of Fe81Ga19 alloy with solidification rate of 10 μm/s was composed of large-size columuar crystals.The axially-preferred orientation of the Fe81Ga19 alloy with solidification rate of 30 μm/s was 〈110〉.When the solidification rate was less than 30 μm/s,and the solidification rate decreased gradually,the axially-preferred orientation of the Fe81Ga19 alloy changed from 〈110〉 orientation to 〈100〉 orientation.The saturation value of magnetostriction coefficient λ of Fe81Ga19 alloy with solidification rate of 10 μm/s was 66×10-6 when the intensity of magnetic field increased up to 40 kA/m.
