摘  要:采用正交试验法,结合CFD数值计算方法,对HL310水轮机尾水管进行优化设计.提出一种新的造型方法,从改变尾水管断面形状入手,对繁复的传统设计方法进行改进,选用尾水管的几个主要几何参数为试验因素,以压力恢复系数为指标进行正交试验.通过CFD数值计算与试验结果对比分析,确定出最优试验方案.该方法简捷可行,设计效果较佳,不仅简化了造型过程,而且有利于尾水管几何参数的优化.By means of orthogonal test method combined with CFD numerical method,the optimization design of draft tube of hydraulic turbine HL310 was performed.A new modeling method was proposed.The complex traditional design method was improved by means of changing the shape of tube cross section.By taking the main geometric parameters of the draft tube as experimental factors and the pressure recovery coefficient as the indicator,the orthogonal test on the draft tube was conducted.By comparing the CFD numerical calculation to the test results,the optimal test procedure was determined.The method was simple and feasible,and the design effect was better,not only the modeling process being simplified but the optimization of tube geometry being also benefited.
