摘 要:应用整理剂HF-1通过后整理方式赋予涤纶长丝织物吸湿排汗性能,提高涤纶织物的穿着舒适性,改善织物手感和服用性能.通过对涤纶织物吸湿排汗性能整理工艺的研究,确定出涤纶织物应用整理剂HF-1进行吸湿排汗整理的最佳工艺条件.对整理后织物的毛细效应综合值、导湿综合值、干燥速率及耐洗性进行测试,结果表明,经整理剂HF-1整理后的涤纶长丝织物的吸湿排汗性能得到显著提高,并能获得良好持久性的整理效果.The finishing agent HF-1 and post-finishing were used to give polyester filament fabric the performance of moisture adsorption and sweat removal,so that its wearing comfort and handle were improved.At the same time,the finishing techniqul was discussed and then the optimum finishing technical condition was determined.Finally,the integrated value of capillary effect and the integrated value of moisture transfer,drying rate and washing durability were tested.The experimental results showed that the performance of moisture adsorption and sweat removal of the polyester filament fabric finished with finishing agent HF-1 was improved markedly,and its better effect of durability was achieved.
