摘 要:传感器的布置与优化问题是目前空间网壳结构健康监测研究的热点与难点.以结构杆件损伤识别为目标,以结构杆件应力监测数据为基础,通过对空间网壳结构损伤特征、健康监测工作方式以及在静力作用下杆件内力变化特点的分析与研究,提出适合于在役空间网壳结构杆件损伤识别的传感器布置原则和方法.同时也指出,该方法的应用需要先保证结构计算模型准确性,加强传感器在安装与使用过程中对不利因素影响的防范.大量数值模拟和实验研究表明,该方法简便有效,可操作性强,较好地解决了基于已测杆件应变信息来判断未测杆件的损伤问题.Sensor placement and its optimization are recently the challenge in the invectigation of health monitored detection of spatial latticed structure.Taking the damage identification of structural rods as the objective and the monitored detection data of rod stress as the basis and by means of analysis and investigation of the damage feature in spatial latticed shell structure,the operation mode of health monitored detection,and the variation feature of internal force of the rod subject to static load,the sensor placement principle and method suitable for damage identification of active-serviced spatial latticed shell rod were presented.Meantime,it was also pointed out that when this method was used,it was necessary to guarantee the accuracy of the structural computation model and to strengthen the protection measure against unfavored influence factors during the installation and application of the sensor.It was shwon by a great number of simulation and experimental investigation that this method was simple and effective with strong serviceability,so that the problem of damage identification of the rod to be detected with the measured strain message of the rod was well solved.
