乙酰胆硷、组织胺对豚鼠离体气管条肌张力的作用机制及影响因素的研究

摘  要:目的:研究乙酰胆硷、组织胺对气管平滑肌张力的作用及理化因素对其作用的影响。方法:用自制的多个“Z”形相连的豚鼠离体气管条,以换能器和二道生理记录仪记录肌张力。结果:乙酰胆碱和组织胶共同作用所致平滑肌张力升高幅度大于乙酰胆碱和组织胺单独作用,小于两者单独作用之和;缺氧和低温可影响其张力产生的速度和幅度,不影响异丙基肾上腺素的解痉作用;二氧化碳浓度升高不影响上述药物所致肌张力。结论:乙酰胆碱和组织胺对增加平滑肌张力有协同作用;其作用受缺氧和低温的影响,不受CO2浓度升高的影响。Objective: To study the effects of acetylcholine(ACh), histamine and isoprenaline on the tension of guinea-pig isolated tracheal strips, and the influence of hypoxaemia, hypothermia and hrpercapnia on the effects caused by the mentioned medicines. Methods: With transducer and two channel recorder to recoed the tension of tracheal strips joined thraugh "z" shape connections designed by ourselves. Results: The increased range of the muscle tension induced by ACh and histamine together was more than that induced by ACh or histamine alone, but less than the sum of them.Hypoxaemia and hypothermia affected the speed and range of the tension, but didn't thect the relaxation responses induced hy isoprenaline, and hypercapnia didn't affectthe tension of smooth muscle caused by the above medicines either.Conclusions: ACh and histamine had synergism on increasing the.tension of tracheal smooth muscle. The spasm of tracheal smooth muscle caused by these medieines was related to hypoxaemia and hypothermia but not to hypercapnia.
