摘　　要：从中药玄参 Ｓｃｒｏｐｈｕｌａｒｉａ ｎｉｎｇｐｏｅｎｓｉｓ的正丁醇部位共分得４个苯丙素苷，经理化常数、波 谱数据解析，分别鉴定为ａｎｇｒｏｓｉｄｅ Ｃ（ Ｉ）， ｃｉｓｔａｎｏｓｉｄｅ Ｄ（ Ⅱ）， ａｃｔｅｏｓｌｄｅ（Ⅲ）和 ｄｅｃａｆｆｅｏｙ－ ｌａｃｔｅｏｓｉｄｅ（Ⅳ）。其中 Ⅱ～Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分得。Phenylpropanoid glycosides have been shown to display a variety of pharmacological properties, .such as: antioxidant, anti-virus, inhibition of aldose reductase activity etc. Four phenylpropanoid glycosides: angroside C (Ⅰ ), cistanoside D (Ⅱ ), acteoside (Ⅲ ) and decaffeoylacteoside (Ⅳ ), were isolated from the roots of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. Among them, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were obtained for the first time from this plant
