柯萨奇B_(3m)病毒致低硒鼠心肌病变检出率与病毒中和抗体效价的关系

摘　　要：5周龄BALB/C雄性鼠经低硒、常硒合成饲料喂养5周后,腹腔注射CoxsackieB_(3m)病毒(CVB_(3m))1000TCD_(50)0.1ml,对照组注射1640营养液0.1ml,7天后处死,取心脏常规切片,HE染色光镜下检查心肌病变。取血清测定CVB_(3m)病毒中和抗体效价。结果表明:低硒鼠感染CVB_(3m)病毒组(Ⅰ组)及常硒鼠感染CVB_(3m)病毒组(Ⅱ组)对照组(Ⅲ组),心肌病变检出率分别为75％、35％、,Ⅲ组末见病变。x^2检验(Ⅰ组)病变检出率显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。血清中CVB_(3m)病毒中和抗体效价Ⅰ组为1:256,Ⅱ组为1:1024,Ⅰ组中和抗价显著低于Ⅱ组。提示Ⅰ组心脏病变检出率显著高于Ⅱ组,且病变重。除其他因素外,低硒鼠感染病毒后体内产生病毒中和抗体效价降低,导致Ⅰ组鼠体内清除病毒能力下降,有一定的关系。Five - week age male were fed with selenium deficient and normal food respectively for 5 weeks. Then the mice were divided into 3 groups: selenium deficient mice with intrapereitoneal injection of CVB3m( Group Ⅱ) , selenium non - deficient mice with intraperitoneal injection of CVB3m( Group Ⅱ ) and Se - deficient mice with intraperitoneal injection of RMPI 1640 medium( Group Ⅲ). Myocardial sections were examined by HE staining 7 days later and the titre of serum neutralization antibody was also determined. The sesult showed that.the myocardial lesion occurrent rates in Group Ⅱ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 75% ,35% and 0% , there is significant difference between any two of them(x2test, P < 0.05 ).And the values of titre in Group 11111 and 2222 were 1:256 and 1:1024, also significantly different. The data above indicated that Se - defficiency enhances the possibility of myocardial lesion occurrence and causes declination of producing ability of CVB3m neutralization antibody.
