摘　　要：用现代护理观指导护理工作实践，提高护理质量和工作效率。我们从１９９３年起在组织全院的护理工作中，树立整体护理观，不断发展护理工作内涵；全面实施规范化管理；采用多种培训形式，不断提高人员自身素质。结果调动了各级护理人员的积极性，提高了护士的工作能力和护理工作质量。使病人对护理工作的满意率稳步上升，护理质量得到了全面提高。Since 1993 we have employed the modem outlook on nursing to guide the practice of nursing and improve nursing quality and work efficiency.In organizing the nursing work of the entire hospital,we have adopted the outlook of holistic nursing,striving constantly to expand the implications of nursing work,to carry out standard management in an allround way,and to increasingly enhance the quality of the nursing staff by adopting various forms of training.As a result,the enthusiasm of the nursing stall of various levels have been aroused and the nurses' capabilities and the nursing quality as a whole have been improved.The satisfaction rate of patients towards nursing has been steadily on the rise and the nursing quality has been improved in an allround way.
