预激综合征合并室上速患者射频消蚀治疗前后的核素时相分析及左室心功能观察

摘　　要：对１５例正常人、９例Ａ型和８例Ｂ型预激综合征患者射频消蚀（ＲＦＣＡ）术前、术后进行核素时相直方图分析及左室心功能观察。结果表明：Ａ型、Ｂ型预激综合征患者ＲＦＣＡ术前相角程（ＶＷ）较正常人及术后明显增宽（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＲＦＣＡ术后ＶＷ与正常人无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＬＶＥＦ、１／３ＥＦ及１／３ＦＦ在ＲＦＣＡ术前、术后及正常人无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示核素时相分析是判断ＲＦＣＡ疗效及测定左室心功能的有效的、非创伤性的临床辅助检查方法。Radionuclide phase analysis and detection of the left ventricular function wre carried out in 15 normal subjects and 17 patients with WPW syndrome(type A 9, type B 8) before and after RFCA (radiofrequency ablation).VW (ventricular phase angle width)for patients before RFCA was significantly wider than that for the normal subjects and the patients after RFCA ( P<0.01 ),but there was no significant difference between normal group and the patient group after RFCA ( P>0.05 ).Also,no significant difference in the left ventricular cardiac function was observed among the normal subjects,before and after RFCA( P>0.05) .In conclusion,radionuclide phase analysis is a noninvasive,effective method for estimating the effect of RFCA and detecting the left ventricular cardiac function.
