大鼠原位肝移植手术技巧改进

摘　　要：参照Ｋａｍａｄａ介绍的方法，对大鼠肝上下腔静脉、门静脉和肝下下腔静脉吻合方法作了进一步改进，减少了吻合口出血，提高了手术成功率。供肝热缺血时间２．５～３．５ｍｉｎ，安装袖套时间约２ｍｉｎ，肝上下腔静脉吻合时间平均为８．５ｍｉｎ，供肝冷缺血时间２３．０～３０．５ｍｉｎ，无肝期９．０～１２．０ｍｉｎ，１周存活率８８％。We performed fifty rat OLTs on the basis of preliminary experiment from Jan 1 to June 26 in 1998. The procedure was carried out essentially as described by Kamada with some modifications to the anastomoses of suprahepatic vena cava,portal vein and infrahepatic vena cava.These led to the lowered bleeding in the anastomotic site and higher survival rate.The recipient underwent an anhepatic period of 912 min,and the warm and cold ischemic time was 2.53.5 min and 23.030.5 min,respectively. 88% of the grafted animals survived for l week.
