IGF-Ⅰ与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法分别测定30例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)和30例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(试验组)产前及脐血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平。结果①试验组产前血清胰岛素样生长因子水平-Ⅰ(108.43±38.15)ng/ml,明显低于对照组(191.20±27.78)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着疾病严重程度的增加而降低。②试验组脐血胰岛素样生长因子水平-Ⅰ(30.73±12.74)ng/ml,明显低于对照组(62.79±11.67)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③妊娠高血压病组中,妊娠期高血压患者血清中及脐血IGF-Ⅰ水平分别为(166.48±15.62)ng/ml、(45.33±11.51)ng/ml,轻度子痫前期患者分别为(121.04±11.45)ng/ml、(30.52±11.47)ng/ml,重度子痫前期及子痫分别为(74.54±12.16)ng/ml、(21.77±6.09)ng/ml,三者间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压疾病患者血清及脐血胰岛素样生长因子水平降低,随着疾病严重程度的增加而降低,胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ参与了妊娠高血压疾病的发生和发展。Objectives To study relationship between insulin-like growth factor-I（IGF-I） and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）.Methods Serum levels of IGF-I before delivery and umbilical cord plasma levels of IGF-I were measured by radio-immunoassay in 30 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 30 normal pregnant women.Results ①Serum levels of IGF-1 before delivery in HDCP group（108.4338.15ng/ml）were significantly lower than in normotensive women（191.20±27.78）ng/ml（P0.01）.②There was significant difference of umbilical cord plasma levels of IGF-I between HDCP group（30.73±12.74）ng/ml and normotensive pregnant women（62.79±11.67）ng/ml（P0.01）.③There were significant differences of serum and umbilical cord plasma levels of IGF-1 among gestational hypertension（166.48±15.6,2ng/ml、（45.33±11.51）ng/ml,mild preeclampsia（121.04±11.45）ng/ml、（30.52±11.47）ng/ml and severe preeclampsia /eclampsia groups（74.54±12.16）ng/ml、（21.77±6.09）ng/ml（P0.05）.Conclusion Maternal Serum and umbilical cord plasma levels of IGF-1 decrease in women with HDCP,IGF-1 may be involved in the onset and the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
