营养治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨营养支持治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者预后的影响。方法将70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者随机分为两组,均按常规治疗,治疗组同时予营养支持治疗。观察两组营养状况、呼吸功能及免疫功能变化、平均住院天数及二重感染概率。结果治疗组营养状况、呼吸功能、免疫功能明显改善(P<0.05),住院时间缩短,二重感染率降低。结论合理的营养支持治疗更有利于AECOPD患者的康复,是AECOPD患者的一种重要的综合治疗手段。Objective Explore nutritional support treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of acute exacerbations period of prognosis efficacy.Methods Seventy cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） patients were randomly divided into two groups according to conventional therapy,and in treatment group and to nutrition support.Two groups of nutrition,observe the respiratory function and immune function changes,the average number of hospital infection and double.Results The treatment group nutrition,respiratory function,obviously improve the immune function（P0.05）,hospitalization time is short.Double infection.Conclusion The reasonable nutrition support more favourable treatment of rehabilitation,AECOPD patients with AECOPD is an important means of treatment.
