摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除(transurethral resection of the prostate,TURP)联合钬激光治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石的可行性。方法回顾分析TURP联合钬激光处理36例前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者的治疗情况。结果 36例手术均成功,术后6个月随访未见膀胱结石残留或复发,患者排尿状况较术前改善。结论经尿道前列腺切除联合钬激光治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石是一种可行有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility of combined transurethral resection of the prostate and holmium laser cystolithotomy in treating patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder calculi.Methods The treatment conditions of 36 cases treated by transurethral resection of prostate and holmium laser cystolithotomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The 36 cases were successful.There was no residual or recurrent bladder calculi when the patients were followed up within 6 months after surgery.The urination conditions of these patients were improved compared with preoperative.Conclusion It is a feasible and effective treatment treating the cases by transurethral resection of prostate and holmium laser cystolithotomy.
