摘　　要：目的探讨TUR综合征患者心功能的变化及预防、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析209例TURS患者输液前后10、30、60min的心功能变化,血清钾、钠、氯电解质浓度,心肌酶谱,心电图。结果 30min时心率增加(P<0.05),收缩压、舒张压、脉压和射血分数降低(P均<0.05)。输液后10、30、60min患者血清钾、钠、氯离子较输液前降低(P<0.01);60min时AST、LDH、CK和CK-MB活性的改变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心电图可有心律不齐和心肌缺血改变。结论 TUR综合征可引起心功能改变,并造成心肌损伤。预防及治疗TUR综合征是TURP术广泛开展的基础。Objective To study the cardiac function and prevention of the transurethral prostate resection syndrome（TURS）.Methods The data of cardiac function of 209 patients with TURS was retrospectively analyzed,including serum potassium,sodium and chloride electrolyte concentration,myocardial enzymes and ECG.Results Heart rate was increased 30 minutes after administration（P0.05）,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure pulse pressure and ejection fraction and shortening fraction but decreased in 30 minutes（P0.01）.The serum sodium,potassium and chloride levels were decreased at any time points,but the changes of myocardial enzymes were insignificantly in 60 minutes after administration（P0.05）.Conclusion TURS may cause changes on cardiac function and myocardial damage.Prevention and treatment of TURS is the basis of extensive TURP surgery.
