摘  要:主要研究了抑制剂EP对蛇纹石和镍黄铁矿分选时的作用机理。试验结果表明:在强化对镍黄铁矿捕收的同时,采用EP为脉石矿物的抑制剂,加强对脉石矿物的抑制作用,能够获得好的选别指标。EP可使脉石矿物表面动电位降低,防止脉石矿物由于静电作用在镍矿物表面吸附,同时它还能与脉石矿物表面的金属离子发生螯合反应。The mechanism of depressant EP on Separation of serpentine and blucite was studied in this paper. The results of the experiments indicated that good indexes were attained using EP as depressant of gangues in order to strengthen the depression of gangues, while strengthening the collecting ability on blucite. The Zeta-potential of the serpentine surface will be reduced by using the combine depressant EP, which can prevent gangue minerals from adsorbing on the blucite surface because of static electricity action. At the same time, it can occur chelate reaction with the metallic ion on the gangue surface, which strengthened the depressing ability.
