摘　　要：宿舍热环境直接影响着学生的睡眠质量和身心健康。通过调查得到学生的作息模式,对宿舍热环境、热舒适和热感觉进行了评价。对热舒适的影响因素进行了分析,研究结论对高校宿舍热环境的研究和改善具有重要参考作用。Sleep quality and mental health are directed influence to dormitory thermal environment. Work schedules are established by questionnaires, and thermal environment, thermal comfort and thermal sensation of university dormitory are assessment. The influence to thermal comfort is analyzed and the results provide some referential material for study and improvement of thermal environment of university dormitory
